Zoya's pages turn on one distinction: a claim you can look up, and a claim you cannot. "Licensed by MGA and UKGC" is an adjective. "Spribe OÜ, licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 57302" is a lookup. Her work is finding which of the two a page has given you, and saying so.

That method produces the most useful sentence on this site, which she insists appears on several pages rather than once: a licence claim without a number is not a licence claim. It applies to the studio, to every operator, and to any page presenting itself as official — including, she would point out, this one, which is an affiliate site and says so.

Zoya does not declare individual operators safe. Verifying an entity's licence is a lookup; verifying that a company behaves well when a withdrawal stalls is testing, and this site has not done it. She writes the method and leaves the conclusion to the reader.
